Hi, I'm Kristen!

I started The Timber Shed back in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, with nothing but a scroll saw and a dream to make something with my hands. Over the last six years, I've grown right alongside this little business, learning new techniques, adding a laser engraver to the mix, and figuring out what it really means to build something of my own.

I'm a boy mom, most likely to be found cheering from the baseball field on any given weekend, with three dogs keeping me company at home. My husband, Josh, has been my biggest supporter since day one, encouraging me every step of the way as this business has grown from a hobby into something I'm working toward making my full-time career. Every piece I make comes from a place of real love, for my craft, my family, and the people I get to create for. I hope you feel that same love in every piece, whether it's a gift for someone else or a little something just for you.
