I will always do my best to make it right, whether that is a replacement or a refund, I want you to love what you receive and feel confident shopping with me. Just send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order along with a photo so I can take a look and find the best solution together.
Please double check all names, numbers, and details before submitting your order as I engrave exactly what is provided. I am not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, but even then I encourage you to reach out because I genuinely care about every order that leaves my shop.
