Because every item in my shop is made to order and personally customized just for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. I hope you understand that personalized items cannot be resold once made!
That said, your happiness with your order means everything to me. If something arrives and it is not quite right, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will always do my best to make it right, whether that is a replacement or a refund, I want you to love what you receive and feel confident shopping with me. Just send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order along with a photo so I can take a look and find the best solution together.
Please double check all names, numbers, and details before submitting your order as I engrave exactly what is provided. I am not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, but even then I encourage you to reach out because I genuinely care about every order that leaves my shop.
For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
